The Entertainment Place Act B.E. 2509 (1966) (Act) has been in effect for over five decades, governing the operations of entertainment venues in Thailand. However, its provisions have become outdated, failing to address contemporary issues such as illegal activities, public order violations, and inadequate penalties.
