Efser Zeynep Ergun is a partner at ZESA Attorney Partnership in Istanbul. She has extensive experience in representing and advising clients in investigations brought forward by the Competition Board. She provides legal advice to Turkish and international companies across a broad range of sectors, including telecommunications, healthcare (pharmaceuticals and medical devices), real estate, energy, aviation and shipping, automotive and spare parts, investment funds, private equity, tourism, and food and beverages.
Efser Zeynep Ergun specializes in competition law aspects of all commercial transactions. Her expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, licensing agreements, cooperation agreements, non-compete clauses, distribution and supply agreements, compliance, competition audits, preparing notification forms for national and global mergers and acquisitions, and competition litigation cases.
Efser Zeynep Ergun holds an LL.M. in European Law from the Institut d’etude Europeenne of Universite libre de Bruxelles and graduated from Ankara University School of Law.
