Former resident of the Prytanée Militaire de Saint-Louis du Sénégal and student of the Gaston Berger University of Saint-Louis du Sénégal, Maître Nziengui Alioune MBOUP began his professional career as a trainee lawyer at Mame Adama Gueye & Associés in 2008.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and a Diploma in Advanced Studies (DEA) in Economic and Business Law from the Gaston Berger University of Saint-Louis du Sénégal. He is certified in public procurement by the Senegal Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (ARMP) and is also certified by the International Training Center in Africa for Francophone Lawyers.
From 2013 to 2017, he served as legal manager at Philip Morris West Africa Sarl and Philip Morris Manufacturing Senegal Sarl, under an agreement linking these Senegalese subsidiaries of the Philip Morris International (PMI) group and Mame Adama GUEYE & Associés. He is now mainly responsible for project financing cases and acquisition and restructuring operations of companies and also provides advice on labor law.
As a former First Secretary of the Bar Conference of Senegal, he is also a teacher at the military school of administration and technical support in Senegal.
