Capital Markets: Anh Dang’s outstanding transactions are advising J&T Global Express Limited in its USD500 million IPO and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) which won “Equity Deal of the Year 2024” from both IFLR 1000 and ALB and “Deal of the Year 2023 – 2024” by China Business Law Journal; SCG Décor in relation to its USD543 million IPO and listing on The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), which was the largest IPO in Thailand in 2023; SCG Packaging Public Company Limited in relation to its combination of the Reg S Rule 144A international offering of 137,344,388 shares to investors outside the United States and Thailand and domestic offering of 990,205,612 shares to investors in Thailand; Foxconn in its IPO and listing on HKEX valued at US$350 million; Japfa in its IPO and listing of shares on Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX) valued at US$160 million; and Santomas in relation to its potential listing on HKEX.
