He was previously the Manager of the Offshore Department of Moores Rowland Vanuatu (MRV). MRV is a founder member firm of Moores Rowland International (MRI) prior to MRI rebranding as Praxity Global Alliance, the world’s top 10 accountant firm in the world.
He possess vast experience in Vanuatu and international and local company formations, Trust Administration, Securities Dealers License applications, Mutual Fund applications, International Banking License and Captive Insurance company formation, Trademark registrations, Vanuatu Citizenship by investments and local investment permits, Residency etc.
He was instrumental in liaison between the HCCH and the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission in re-establishing Vanuatu as signatory to The Hague Convention of Apostil.
In 2011, joined the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (
VFSC), the Regulator of Vanuatu International Companies as Manager of Registration. As Manager, he was the Project Manager for the VFSC in establishment and launching of the Vanuatu Electronic Registry, a world class cutting edge Online Registry of Companies.
He Is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioner (
STEP) since 2007, and a member of the International Compliance Association (
ICA) since 2008.
