Title VI sets the governance system, established both at the Union and at the national level.
Title VII establishes an EU-wide database for standalone high-risk AI systems, which will contain the register of these AI systems. Registering them before placing them on the market will be a mandatory requirement.
Title VIII deals with the post-market monitoring, reporting and investigating of AI-related incidents.
