LC Lawyers LLP announced that Mr. LI Fai joins the firm today as a partner. Fai advises on corporate finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining LC Lawyers LLP, Mr. LI Fai had been with reputable international and Mainland China based law firms. He is experienced in Hong Kong IPOs as well as fund raising and mergers & acquisitions involving Hong Kong listed companies.
