John P. Reilly

Mr. Reilly focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities and pharmaceutical licensing and strategic alliances. In addition to assisting clients in all areas of general corporate law and pharmaceutical and life sciences practice, Mr. Reilly has significant experience in structuring acquisition and disposition transactions and in the preparation and negotiation of a wide variety of commercial transactions for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients including joint development, joint venture, licensing, clinical research outsourcing, strategic partnering, distribution and supply agreements. He is also well versed in the tax, accounting and securities law issues faced by publicly and privately held entities.-

During his twenty year career, Mr. Reilly has also handled a wide variety of securities matters ranging from venture capital financing to initial and secondary public offerings and Exchange Act reporting requirements.
