Marina Nikolić is an attorney at law working on all aspects of corporate, M&A and commercial law. She has more than 10 years of valuable experience advising clients across industries, including mining, real estate, pharmaceuticals and food industry, in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
Marina is especially skilled in M&A transactions including performance of legal due diligences, preparation of transactional documents, negotiations and drafting of agreements on international trade, legal compliance, protection of consumers and advertising.
