Andreas Damianou

Andreas is a Partner at A. Karitzis & Associates L.L.C where he joined as an advocate and legal consultant in September 2012 and is currently a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and both the Limassol and Ammochostos Bar Association. He is an accredited civil and commercial Mediator with Toolkit Company and is a member of the Cyprus Consumer Centre for ADR.

Andreas works extensively on cases related with Succession and Inheritance, both domestically and internationally and his expertise extends in providing sophisticated planning in relation to Estate Administration, Wills and Trusts. Andreas also handles the resealing of Wills executed in other jurisdictions outside Cyprus. He offers tailored solutions based on the uniqueness of each estate, irrespective of its value. He is often appointed to act either as a sole or joint Estate Administrator and Executor to Wills.

His portfolio consists of numerous estate and trust administrations and he has a wealth of experience in dealing with complex disputes over the legitimacy of wills or letters of administration. He is providing reliefs and advices on a daily basis to beneficiaries, executors, administrators as well heirs of a deceased. Andreas is also involved in a range of civil, criminal, corporate and commercial litigation.
