Azim Usmanov

Azim graduated the leading Kyrgyz University – Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University. Prior to joining the Grata Overseas Team in the GRATA Almaty office in 2001, he worked as a lawyer in a major local audit company. Since 2002, he has run the Kyrgyz office of GRATA Law Firm.

Azim also acts as an independent member of the Board of Directors for one of the leading Kyrgyz Banks, Major Kyrgyz Developer Company and dominant Petrol Retailer.

He has extensive experience in all aspects of labor and employment law, as well as the corporate, banking, telecom, mining, and securities sectors.
