Cindy Guo

Cindy Guo has rich experience in the areas of M&A, PE investment, outbound direct investment and foreign direct investment. She has advised various large multinational corporate clients (including 3M, Coca-Cola, Mycronic, ALS, Fullshare, IPCO, Linde, Marubeni, Shinho Group and Driscoll’s) on their business operation and transactional projects and advised various well-known private equity funds and investment banks (including Goldman Sachs, GLP, CDH, Arsenal Capital and SIGVC) on their equity investment projects. She has also assisted Chinese clients in cross-border transactions involving the U.S., the UK, Sweden, Germany, South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, etc.

In particular, Cindy Guo has extensive experience in providing services in the industries like high-end manufacturing, biopharma and new energy vehicle. She has also assisted a number of companies in designing and implementing various types of equity incentive plans, including planning of incentive plans for employees of overseas subsidiaries of domestic companies in virtue of years of experience in foreign investment services.

In addition, Cindy Guo had been worked as seconded in-house counsel for 3M to handle legal affairs of their Chinese business in healthcare and automotive industry.
