Mr. Johns graduated in 1973 from Indiana University with M.B.A and J.D. (cum laude) degrees. He was an attorney with an Indianapolis employment law firm through 1978. He returned to his home state of Montana in 1979, and continues to represent employers in areas of traditional labor law, plus discrimination and sexual harassment, wrongful termination, compensation, personnel policies, and counseling employers.
