Davidina Aba Dadson

Davidina is a Lawyer qualified to practice in Ghana with proficient expertise in Corporate Transactions, Mining, Oil & Gas, Dispute Resolution, Data Protection, Intellectual Property rights and Company Secretarial services. Davidina has proven herself to be an invaluable asset to clients. Her background encompasses a wide range of legal services. Notably, her extensive professional experience includes: preparing a case assessment and opinion to Press Xpress Logistics on the likelihood of success of claims against Ghana Manganese company limited Zonda Tec Ghana and an international bank in Ghana. Davidina holds an LLM in Oil and Gas from the University of Ghana. She is a member of the Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) and the early career network of the Institute of African Women in Law.

The Firm

Blay & Associates was established in 1926 in the then Gold Coast by the late Robert  Samuel Blay, (RS Blay) as Nzema Chambers. As Nzema Chambers, Blay &  Associates was the cradle of a number of well-known lawyers in Ghana who served  in the firm over the years.
