Edoardo, after several professional experiences in leading law firms in Milan, decided to create Colla Di Piazza Studio Legale.
He deals with corporate, trade and civil law and, particularly, with extraordinary corporate transactions, M&A, private equity and assisting clients (both industrial and institutional ones) on corporate and contractual matters.
In recent years, he advised clients on many of the most significant M&A deals in Italy and internationally, providing his assistance during negotiation and drafting of contractual and corporate documents with high level of complexity.
He has also gained significant professional experience in projects for the intergenerational transfer of assets and family business, and in consulting for innovative start-ups.
He is co-author of the monograph “Extraordinary Transactions – sale and rent of business units”, published by Il Sole 24 Ore, and he has also collaborated for the new edition with updates of the book “Extraordinary Transactions”, published by Il Sole 24 Ore.
He has given some lectures at “Master Full Time Food & Wine Management” (module of corporate law) – 24 Ore Business School, 24 Ore Group, Milan, and at “Master Postgraduate Management and Marketing” (module of corporate law) at University Vita-Salute San Raffaele in Milan.
He graduated in law, with full marks, at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan and he is enrolled at the Bar Association of Milan.
