Joseph Gauci

Mr. Gauci, is a qualified auditor and the Managing Partner of KSi Malta with more than 35 years of experience in the profession. Mr Gauci has, in the past, held various posts including at the Enemalta Corporation, Maltacom and Malta Drydocks. For years he also worked at other top accountancy firms such as Deloitte and Grant Thornton.

For a number of years Mr Gauci  assisted numerous start-ups in raising capital for their projects,  specificially in obtaining finance for clients through venture capital, banking finance, letters of credit and the obtaining of finance from the local stock exchange. In this regard, KSi Malta is authorised to act as a corporate advisor to potential issuers, wishing to list securities on the new prospects markets in Malta, which has been set-up to assist SMEs and start-ups in obtaining finance.

In addition Mr. Gauci has wide experience in Corporate Finance and has held various important appointments including being member of the local VAT Appeals Board, and acting as a consultant to various Ministries and other Government Departments in Malta.
