About Luca Antonetto

In General, on the Firm
Studio legale Ferreri originates from Bonino-Ferreri Studio operating in Turin since the beginning of the last century. Paolo Emilio Ferreri in 1946 was launched at the forensic practice, carrying on the professional activity, under the wise guidance of the Holders of the same, up to March 1965.
In April of the same year he initiates the present Studio legale Ferreri, establishing the headquarters in Via Ettore De Sonnaz n. 11. Still today unchanged, but constantly being expanded as a structure.
In fact, thanks to the collaboration of valid and sectorally already established colleagues – among them, in a prominent position, it marks the figure of the lawyer Piero De Donato – and with the decisive contribution of new generations of well-trained young people, have grown rapidly through continuous legal experience across the board, the firm had substantial development, so enriching personally and professionally.
In 1980, the Firm adopted the form of professional association.
The merger with the law firm Martorelli, in 2003, resulted in a central moment in the life and the Studio qualifying.
Currently, the Firm has thirteen members, of which Paolo Emilio Ferreri and Piero De Donato honorary members from 2009 and three associated in participation; it benefits from the contribution of valid, young lawyers and as happened in 1946, continues to devote his time to start the forensic practice numerous doctors in law. They are also present in the operating environment of the Studio academics, in consulting activities.
Organization
Flexible structure and multiple areas of specialization characterize the law firm Ferreri.
In particular, the Firm provides advice and assistance – both out of court and in judicial and arbitration disputes – in all areas of civil law. In addition, there is an operational section in court consultancy in criminal, commercial and economic law.
The partners and academics consultants treat directly and personally professional assignments entrusted with the support of lawyers and collaborators of the most professionally believes appropriate Studio.
The firm has an accredited national and international network with qualified professionals and corresponding legal and, through participation in the most prestigious professional networks, is therefore able to provide assistance with reference to different countries and markets.
Since 2008 the law firm collaborates with Studio Ferreri FratiniVergano Brussels, specializing in international and Community law.
In addition, in order to offer a global assistance to the customer, the firm uses an external network of qualified consultants such as, for example, accountants, tax consultants, tax lawyers and notaries.
All of Studio components are held to a constant and painstaking professional development and, for the conduct of their business, they can count on complete and constantly updated library and legal and economic newspaper library, as well as using the latest technology, with particular reference to computerized databases.
The firm dedicates part of its social assistance activities free (remember, among others, the Green Cross and the Abele Group).
