Maria Cristina MITU

Cristina is founding Managing Partner of Mitu si Asociatii Law Firm and head of the consultancy department.

Cristina has an experience of over 15 years as a lawyer, gaining a wealth of experience in assisting and representing clients before the courts of law and in providing legal advice in complex and sophisticated matters of corporate and commercial law, labor law, property law, intellectual and real estate law. Since 2012 Cristina also became and insolvency practitioner.

As Managing Partner, Cristina, first of all, ensures that the quality of services provided is consistently at its highest level, by coordinating the team of lawyers and through active involvement in each project. Second of all, Cristina ensures that every service is executed as efficiently as possible, in order to provide the clients with the highest quality services in the shortest possible time and with minimal costs.
