Martijn Dellebeke has been a lawyer since 2014 and acts for large and medium-sized companies, directors-major shareholders, and stakeholders when the continuity of a business is at risk. He works together with entrepreneurs to create a viable business, for example based on the Dutch Scheme (WHOA). In addition, he acts for financiers in establishing and enforcing securities when companies are in financial distress. He is also appointed by the Amsterdam court as a bankruptcy trustee. Martijn further advises and litigates on insolvency law, shareholder disputes, directors’ liability, and commercial contracts for clients both domestically and internationally.
Martijn is a specialist in insolvency law. His practice focuses on restructurings, WHOA proceedings, bankruptcies, shareholder disputes, directors’ liability, and commercial contracts.
Martijn successfully completed the postgraduate specialization course Insolvency Law for Trustees in March 2021 and the INSOLAD/Grotius specialization course Insolvency Law in November 2021. He is a member of the Association of Insolvency Lawyers (INSOLAD) and the Dutch Association of Restructuring Experts. Martijn is registered in the Netherlands Bar Register for the legal area of Insolvency Law.
