Martin Pallares Sevilla focuses on local and regional mergers and acquisitions. He has significant experience participating in the most relevant Ecuadorian transactions of over last decade, including acquisitions in the oil, technology, and retail sectors, and a state privatization process and subsequent sale.

Martin began his practice at the DLA Piper offices in Madrid, Spain, where he worked in the Real Estate department.
