Massimo earned his law degree at Catholic University of Milan and an LL.M degree in Technology, Media and Telecommunications Law at Queen Mary University of London.
He founded the firm in 2007 and is adjunct professor of marketing law and lecturer at the LL.M in Law of Internet Technology at Bocconi University of Milan. He heads the IP, Media and Technology law department of the firm, which is ranked in the 2019 International Media law directory as well as in the 2019 Leaders League’s Excellent band for Technologies, internet & telecommunications and highly recommended band for Intellectual Property and IP Litigation in Italy.
Massimo has authored several publications in the fields of Technology law and related fields, including of late Artificial Intelligence, computer generated works and copyright” in “Non-Conventional Copyright Do New and Atypical Works Deserve Protection?”, edited by E.
