Michael is a partner in the Corporate/M&A practice at Liance (Amsterdam, the Netherlands). He has a broad M&A practice. Michael specializes in M&A, private equity transactions, venture capital investments, due diligence investigations, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, corporate governance related matters and M&A related disputes, such as warranty claims. His work spans various sectors, including life sciences, media, transport/logistics, energy, and food related commodities.
He has been admitted to the Netherlands Bar Association (Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten) in Amsterdam since 2014.
