Prof. Dr. iur., LL.M. Patrick L. Krauskopf

Prof. Dr Patrick L. Krauskopf is head of the Center for Business Law and Compliance at the ZHAW School of Management and Law. He is an attorney (Zurich/New York) and Chairman of the law firm AGON PARTNERS. In the past, he was a law clerk at the Federal Supreme Court in Lausanne and Vice Director and Chief of International Affairs at the Swiss Competition Commission (Comco). Prof. Krauskopf studied at the University of Berkeley, California, and Fribourg, Switzerland (Dr. iur.) and at Harvard Law School (LL.M.).
