Prof. Dr Jochen Lüdicke

Prof. Dr Jochen Lüdicke primarily advises family entrepreneurs, family businesses and financial service providers and is involved in tax law litigation. His particular expertise is in succession planning, capital investments, corporate financing and tax proceedings, including proceedings before the Federal Finance Court, the Federal Constitutional Court, the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights.

Jochen Lüdicke is an honorary professor of tax law at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, president of the Federal Association of Tax Consultants and a regular specialist author on tax law topics.
