William joined Chevalier & Sciales in June 2023 as a Luxembourg Tax Partner. William’s expertise covers the tax requirements of international investment management structures, advisory on M&A transactions and private wealth structuring. He acquired long-standing experience in assisting and advising asset managers and multinational organisations on the management of acquisitions and holding structures for real estate, private equity operations, financing and reorganisation of financial institutions, securitisation transactions, as well as structured financial products. He further acts as a trust adviser for wealth planning and family capital services designed for private clients in the fulfilment of their cross-border legal and tax planning needs. Before joining Chevalier Sciales, he was a Partner handling the tax department of an international law firm in Luxembourg.
