Zama Ngcobo is the founder and managing partner of the firm. She specializes in construction and engineering law. Her other areas of experience include dispute resolution and technology law. Zama is known for her wide range of expertise in complex infrastructure, energy and mining projects. Zama has advised extensively in South Africa and in Angola, Botswana, Burundi, Gabon, Ghana, Namibia, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, Malaysia, Korea, Columbia, United States of America, Canada, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, South Korea Vienna, and Austria.
Her experience includes reviewing, drafting, negotiating and advising on the various agreements relating to the development, operation and maintenance of a project, as well as general commercial agreements. She has vast experience advising both public and private sector clients on FIDIC, NEC, JBCC, GCC and PROCSA agreements. Zama’s experience extends to dispute resolution. This includes amicable settlement, mediations, adjudications, arbitrations and superior court procedures. She also advises both local and international clients on the requirements of the Construction Industry Development Board. Zama’s experience extends to dispute resolution.
