Andrew Nugent Smith

Andrew Nugent Smith is Managing Director of Keller Lenkner UK, a specialist class action and group litigation firm handling complex litigation on behalf of clients. He takes primary responsibility for the success and growth of the firm in the UK.

Andrew is a seasoned commercial litigator, with a deep understanding of group litigation and litigation finance.

Keller Lenkner UK represents individuals against large, well-funded companies in complex litigation, in court and tribunal matters across a variety of claims and practice areas. The firm takes on complicated cases, frequently with multiple claimants or matters in multiple jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Keller Lenkner UK, Andrew was a partner at Gowling WLG (UK) LLP where he litigated cases at all tiers of the England and Wales judicial system (including the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court) for high-net-worth individuals, large corporates and sovereign wealth funds. He also developed an expertise in litigation finance and advised numerous claimants and litigation funders on complex and innovative financing transactions.

Andrew trained as a solicitor at Simmons & Simmons LLP, qualifying in 2003.
