Helen McGrath is a Partner in O’Connor LLP and has over 20 years experience acting for clients in and advising on contentious and non-contentions Probate and Estate Administrations and associated taxation matters. Helen advises on all matters relating to Wills, Trusts (domestic and international) and has extensive experience in advising on multi jurisdictional and cross border estates. Helen has acted for major financial institutions, private clients, charitable organisations and other professional legal and financial firms both within Ireland and abroad in these areas. Helen has been a Tutor for over 10 years in the Law Society of Ireland and tutors on the Probate and Taxation Module of the Professional Practice Course. Helen also practices in the area of Charity Law and has co-authored the chapter on Irish Charity Law in the Global Guide to Charity Law published by Thomson Reuters.
