The Founder and CEO of Willminds, Pascale Dahrouj, is a multi-award winner mediator, arbitrator, negotiator, dispute resolution expert and justice innovator. She is accredited by international dispute resolution bodies and serves on board many international panels in mediation and arbitration.
She also focuses her work on Anti-Corruption, policy design and implementation, and stakeholder consultation and engagement. She is the President of the Lebanese Diaspora Energy (LDE) and a strategic advisor in various Ministries, the latest of which was the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants. She has an extensive experience in the public and private sector and an international experience, both worldwide and with international organs.
Pascale is member of the International Bar Association and holds degrees and certificates from George Washington University, Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Georgetown University and Notre Dame University among others. She is a certified Anti-Corruption Manager (CACM) and alumnus of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA). She is currently pursuing her MLS in Energy, Oil and Gas Law at the Texas A&M School of Law.
Pascale lives in Beirut, Lebanon. She partners with a global network both in her country and internationally, combining her experience and intuition to help find a sustainable path towards a common future.
